Join Tracey an experrienced coppice worker and one of the instructors at Coppicewood College to experience a greenwood craft course that will take you step by step through the process of using green wood to create a beautiful stool to take away with you.
The course is appropriate for complete beginners but will also suit
those looking to progress their skills. The course will cover many
aspects of greenwood working including, the properties of greenwood, cleaving logs, axe work, use of shave horse and drawknife and accurate drilling with a barrel eye auger. At the end of the course you should not only have a beautiful
and unique stool but all the base skills necessary to continue your
own journey in greenwood craft.
